Leadership Training
CICM provides training for our evangelists. Some earn a theology degree from Bible colleges in India. Most complete evangelist training at our Biblical Academy at the CICM campus. Each year students enroll in the one-year program that includes Biblical studies and ministry courses. During the year each student also interns under the direction of an experienced evangelist. Short-term leadership seminars for evangelists, church leaders, and children’s and youth leaders are also offered each year.

CICM’s Literature Ministry supports the evangelistic outreach and leadership training by providing Bibles and New Testaments and publishing Christian textbooks, commentaries and other Bible study tools in the Hindi language.
