CICM’s evangelists faithfully serve existing churches and plant new churches in the villages, towns and cities of central and northern India and the countries of Bangladesh, Bhutan and Nepal. The evangelists visit their focus areas daily, leading Bible studies for believers, teaching seekers, and directing programs to reach children and young people. Most minister to more than one preaching point. Each may serve a mid-sized or large congregation and several house churches.

The evangelists come from a variety of backgrounds, but all have a great desire to spend their lives sharing the Gospel. Many of them completed CICM's one-year evangelist training. Others studied at Bible colleges in India. Leadership seminars at the Mission campus provide the opportunity for additional training, encouragement and sharing their burdens and joys with fellow laborers for the Lord.

How You Can Help
You can sponsor one or more evangelists who serve with CICM. An evangelist’s support need ranges from $200 to $400 a month depending on his location. You may want to personally support an evangelist or you may want to suggest this significant project to a group. Your help will be greatly appreciated.
