The region of Damoh, was once considered, "The most backward region of India" and was listed “the Top Dirtiest City in India" in a 2015 government report.  Every 33 seconds someone in India has a heart attack, and Central India has the highest infant mortality rate in the whole country.  Yes, Damoh (MP) is the worst place on the planet to be born AND the worst place to survive adulthood!

But, from the perspective of The Great Physician, Central India is the perfect place for the CICM Mission Hospital!  For over a decade, God has used CICM's medical work to transform several hundred thousand people in one of the poorest areas left on earth.  Your prayers are saving lives, bringing hope and healing, and making an eternal impact for thousands of people in need.
