Through hands-on training, mentorship, and biblical education, we’re equipping leaders to reach the unreached and bring lasting change to their communities.

CICM’s commitment to leadership development starts with two key programs that prepare men and women to serve faithfully in ministry and mission. Together, these programs are creating a movement of well-equipped, Christ-centered leaders who are transforming lives across India and beyond.
CALVARY INTERNATIONAL BIBLICAL ACADEMY
Calvary International Biblical Academy serves as the foundation of CICM’s leadership training. Here, students receive a biblically grounded education that equips them to lead churches, teach the Word, and disciple others. The academy combines classroom learning with practical ministry experience, creating leaders who are confident in Scripture and compassionate in service. Many graduates go on to plant churches, lead community programs, and serve in some of the most unreached regions of India.
CICM has trained more than 28,000 pastors, each completing six months of hands-on training under the guidance of an experienced pastor.
WOMEN’S EMPOWERMENT
CICM’s Women’s Empowerment program equips women to overcome cultural barriers and step confidently into leadership. Through a 12-month training experience focused on career development, life skills, and self-defense, participants gain the tools they need to thrive personally and professionally. Each woman also receives ongoing mentorship, practical resources, and reliable transportation to support her growth. Together, these opportunities are helping women become strong, faith-driven leaders who influence their communities and advance the Gospel across India.
